Returns
Kid's Parties by Lori will accept returns on unopened on items (except candy, cookie cutters, cupcake items and close out items) in their original packaging for up to 30 days from receipt. Just mail back your items with a note

We will credit your credit card back for the full purchase amount of the product ordered less any discounts. We do NOT accept returns for any candy, personalized items or close out items. We do NOT accept back individual items purchased from a package, to receive a credit must return the entire package set as it was ordered. We do not credit back any shipping & handling fees. Standard Shipping in the USA - 48 States
Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico must ship priority mail ($5.00 more or 2nd day air)
Cancellations will be assessed a $5.00 service charge and can only be made prior to shipping

your email bogged down with junk, your dinner interrupted by the phone,
